Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because his teaching style really made science fun. There were plenty of group work assignments, and fun projects that demonstrate what you've learned while allowing you to be creative.

    Course highlights:

One of my favorite assignments was each student had to create an invention that would allow an egg to drop from the second floor of the building without breaking. The lesson was teaching about gravity and he makes the rewards exciting if you can accomplish the goal.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention! Try to make friends in the class so you can have someone to bounce ideas off of.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course because you are able to explore possible careers in the medical field in ways that others your age will not.

    Course highlights:

The second semester of this class is the absolute best because you have the opportunity to shadow PA's, doctors, and nurses as they go through a normal day of work. You can observe surgeries and child birth at its finest! It was really exciting to be able to see how things worked behind the scenes in a hospital/clinic. I was able to learn what I would love to do, as well as what I would never do.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Personally, this class wasn't difficult at all. There are tons of things to memorize though so flashcards are pretty useful if you put in the work. Other than that, I would treat this course like any other class and just study smart.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I learned a lot from it and found the material very interesting.

    Course highlights:

Learn all of the organ systems in the human body, including the entire skeletal system. We also did a few dissections which consisted of a cow's eye and heart, a pig, and a brain.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all of the homework assignments! The tests can be a little bit tough, but a lot of the time, the questions were taken right off of the homework that you go over together in class. Even if you don't study the material, the homework will help you pass the class because it is weighted heavily
