Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course allows you to learn more in depth in learning about Chemistry. Yes it is challenging but it is worth because of how much knowledge you are gaining from this class.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was doing many different labs. One of the labs we did was make the colors of the rainbow by using different acids and mixing them. I learn how to be patient because waiting for the color to formed to a while and I learned how to make colors out of many acids and solutions that was given to the class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say to study on your free time because it will definitely help you prepared for the AP exam. I would also advise to ask as many questions as you can because the course goes really fast and plus my teacher advises to ask questions cause she know how challenging the course can be.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course due to that it is challenging for young minds interested in this subject of science. It will allow students to comprehend the components that make up everything in the world as well as how mankind plays a role in understanding the importance of the elements.

    Course highlights:

Throughout this course I learned the various stages of solids, gases and liquids. As well as learning the importance of bonding in molecules in order to determine how easily they can lose or gain a new valence electron. Learning from the basics of molarity to the to the difficult task of chemical dilution.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course requires for students to always be on task. To succeed in this course students must also take the time to study the learned subjects at home with patience because going over the notes once will not clarify all questions a student may be asking himself/herself.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a tough class but if you pay attention and put in the work it is actually really cool and interesting. The teacher is also readily available during lunch for students who struggle in the class. Overall definitely worth the time.

    Course highlights:

This is one class that will actually prepare you for college. With separate lecture and lab hours, you really have to be on top of your work and responsible the whole time for what you are doing. Not to mention lots of college level chemistry knowledge.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

It's super easy to slack off during class with none of the homework ever being due, but stay on top of it anyway. It'll pay off big time on the tests and the AP exam.
