Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It may have been required to graduate but I still found this course so fascinating. Learning about how life works was far more in depth that I had imagined. I had a new view on things after this class.

    Course highlights:

The various Labs we had were the higlight of this class. They all varied which kept the class fresh.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to ask your teacher questions, they're there to help you!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it's applicable to everyday life. I learned things about the world, environment and human body that I never knew existed but it made me more aware of the things around me. I even learned about health and I've helped my parents and myself stay healthy.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend studying as much as possible and reading each chapter to gain a better understanding of the material. Make study groups and your own study guide before each test. If you have time you can make flash cards just to quiz yourself and classmates but don't waste time on them.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Biology is a fun and interesting course and is a refreshing difference from the other sciences since it it applies more to living things, instead of things you can't usually see like gasses, chemicals, and gravity like the other sciences.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about how our environment affects animals, plants, and even ourselves. Biology helped me understand why certain animals live in specific environments and how species evolve over time to better their survival chances.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you don't understand something, definitely talk to your teacher because biology plays off of itself. Lessons you learn in the beginning of the course come up frequently in concepts later on so pay attention right away.
