    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is a fairly easy class that satisfies a PE requirement and allows students who are not into sports or fast paced physical activity to still get efficient exercise.

    Course highlights:

Most of the class is spent doing the obvious: walking. The class walks in the wood trails often and besides that you will also learn how to walk in a way that doesn't harm your body over time.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to show up as each day you miss, you're missing out on PE credit.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to express myself in ways that I never knew how before taking the course. I also learned the importance of team work because often times we were doing a group routine.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Learn the importance of dance and how it helps mentally and physically. Take it seriously like any other course.
