    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend it to anyone because it truly teaches you so much more about your body. It teaches you how to properly take care of yourself. Not only does it teach you about basic health information, it teaches you how to go about life and shows you how to avoid getting yourself into unnecessary situations.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to maintain a balanced diet. This year I decided I wanted to focus a lot on staying fit and taking care of my body. This course showed me the distinct amounts of nutrients I need to be having everyday in order to succeed in staying healthy.

    Advice for students:

    Just pay attention in class and open your mind to everything. The material is simple and most of it is basic understanding. Study tips would involve reading the notes in the book and trying to apply the new information to your own life for better understanding.
