    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This class is extremely fun with the numerous activities done. Furthermore, the teacher is concise and helps out when you don't understand or are falling behind.

    Course highlights:

    This course had numerous outside coding opportunities, such as Hackathons. We were all allowed to participate to show off what we learned in class.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study your vocabulary a lot. You won't know how something works if you don't know what it's called in this class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    A class like A.P. Computer Science requires a lot of thought and complete attention to the material taught. That being said, it's very fun to be able to use the skills gained through the numerous projects done after each chapter, as well as being invited to numerous Java events

    Course highlights:

    When taking this course, students will be given the ability to practice their gained skills one chapter at a time, and will be able to understand the usefulness of each lesson given. Of course, there are also opportunities in various clubs where the skills learned are useful.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    To prospective students, make sure that you don't fall asleep in class. The chapters move by relatively quickly, and missing any can leave you confused. Of course, you can go to coach class and easily get extra help to stay on track. Also practice on your own time to keep your grades high.
