    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I like Ms Siff a lot. She gives out drills each day, and that helps me learn the topic more. Also, by giving us drills each day, she lets us comprehend the topic better. Trigonometry is a hard topic, so you need that extra push.

    Course highlights:

There are many highlights to this course. One of the highlights was the teacher. She was so good at making us understand the topic. I think the highlights were how she let us do group work with each other to understand it. I learnt tons of trigonometry.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to study a lot for the course. You should not bad mouth Ms. Siff at all. She does not settle for foolishness. Also, you need a calculator in the class. You will learn a lot of difficult material. I highly recommend to read up on past topics before the tests, because she sneaks some questions from previous tests on there.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking College Algebra and Trigonometry as a course because it lays the basis for higher mathematical reasoning allowing you to better understand the language of the universe!

    Course highlights:

The course is highlighted by its focus on taking knowledge of the graphs of different function families and translating them into algebra thus preparing you for calculus.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed, students should focus on studying the basic overlying concepts of the course and apply them to steadily more complex situations until one has a full understanding of the concept.
