    Course Overview:

Taking English improves your reading comprehension (and furthermore your understanding of difficult texts), fluency in the language by having required English literature, and expanding your communication skills by a plethora of class discussion activities.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of taking this 10th grade level English is a wonderful course and I personally enjoyed reading "The Lottery" by Shirley Jackson and having class discussions after watching the film adaption. Oedipus Rex was also an interesting read-and-discuss text that I enjoyed immensely.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always read the required text; I beg of you.
