    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Despite the difficulties that I experienced and the number of times I cursed my teacher, AP English 11 was a good choice. You will get frustrated and annoyed but when you get your scores back in July you will realize all the hard work you put into the course. And during the test, you will feel more prepared than you felt in the beginning or middle of the year.

    Course highlights:

Learning how to budget time, create outlines, and coordinate group projects were big parts of the class and it prepared me for the college lifestyle.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that your 10th grade English teacher recommends it for you and be sure to talk to the teacher about expectations and the course outline.
