Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The homework assignments, which are often worksheets, are not just busywork. If done with intention and focus, they help a lot in preparing you for quizzes and tests. Mrs. McDonald is the kind of teacher every student wants: kind, encouraging, willing to help, easily accessible, and clearly invested in her students' success.

    Course highlights:

The labs were well connected to the unit that was covered. I've had science classes where the labs were treated as somewhat separate from the classwork we had been doing, but the labs are talked about in reference to/same language as notes and discussions in class. Different types of learners will appreciate this class. There are notes for those who learn best from reading, she goes through notes during class which would be beneficial for auditory learners, and she uses effective analogies and drawings for those who are more visual learners.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the notes. Ask questions if you need something clarified. Make sure you understand labs.
