Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is fantastic as you learn things that feel truly important. I myself plan to spend all of my life in America, so isn't it my responsibility to understand our government and politics inside and out? That's what's so great about this course, it makes you a well informed citizen, and gives you confidence in your rule in America. It also teaches you what steps you can take to make real change in America without being a politician. If you want to become a more informed citizen I recommend this course more than anything

    Course highlights:

Dissecting congress was very interesting, as it made a lot of what they do make sense as well as justifiable. But most notably had to be learning about media and political socialization. IF this class has taught me anything, it is to think for myself, and understand the intentions behind every move of the government and media whether these intentions are conscious or not. Political socialization is fascinating and has made me much more inclined to double check information instead of just accept it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook! everything you need to know and more is in your textbook! And to be honest, it isn't a bad read. The chapters are not terribly long and the language is very easy.
