I recommend it because it is a great second-year physics course that builds off of physics 1. The labs are fun and it's not too much work for an AP class.
The in-class discussions are really great and some great ideas are thrown around. You learn about forces, work, energy, torque, etc. Everything is applicable to your everyday life.
