Not too easy. Not too difficult.
As chemistry has been one of my all time favorite course studies, I feel as if though I was cheated from a great opportunity with this teacher. The majority of the class is based on independent study, that is if you want to pass the AP test, and I felt as if though I learned little each period. In many occasion, the test material was not comparable to the instruction given on any basis, and twice the test answers were completely wrong. Ms. Collier, however, could not find fault in herself ever, and simply put a twenty percent curve on each test, allowing for an easy A without learning anything about the great science.
This course is better approached from an independent study viewpoint. Buy the review book early and begin studying, because you have small chances of achieving anything but a 3 even with a high A in the class. Although I passed the AP test with a 3, it was a miracle of consistent guessing on the majority of the test.

Advice for students:
Make sure to make your studying count; the book itself is not great at explaining so you should most likely obtain a AP review book from Princeton early on.
