    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Calculus is a daunting subject, but Mr. Croatt presents the material in a manageable way. He cares about the performance and success of his students. The class is engaging and challenging, balanced by puzzles and lame jokes.

    Course highlights:

Because this course was offered through UMN, there were some massive tests. Throughout the year, I learned how to manage my time and study effectively. Although it wasn't always fun, it will definitely help me in college.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Learn from your Common Exams! You may not perform well on the first few, but you will eventually learn how to take the test.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I absolutely love this class! Mrs. Meuser is the greatest teacher and makes it a super fun environment to be in. Not to mention the fact that she is goofy and more than willing to help answers questions when she is asked. It is one of those classes where if you need help, you need to seek it.

    Course highlights:

By taking this course, I learned not only how to take antiderivatives, but to be an advocate for myself. I learned how to speak up and to ask questions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't slack off, and pay attention during class. It is a time when you should unplug from social media and just be present and engaged

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs.Meuser's way of teaching helps me cling onto Calc. She kind of over explain some of the lessons, but it really helps to better understand the subject. I am able to maintain an A in that class without really struggling.

    Course highlights:

My hightlight in that class would have to be movie mondays, because she finds movies that have math involve. You never really notice how much math is talked about in movies until you have a class with Mrs.Meuser

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not lack on your studying, you will absolutely fail that class if you don't do any studying for that class.
