Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend Pre-Calc because it is important to know the content that is taught because it may become very helpful to you on the ACT, SAT, or even in college.

    Course highlights:

A highlight of this course would be the Unit Circle. It is unbelievable on how much can be in one circle, and of course it all relates to each other.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention close attention to Trigonometric functions; it could get tricky and never be afraid to ask questions.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Pre-Calculus is a good class to take if you are interested in taking higher math classes, such as statistics and Calculus. It can also benefit rigorous science courses as it introduces you to formulas you will use in classes, such as physics.

    Course highlights:

At the end of the year, I participated in a group project that focused on the Solar System. We had to learn the diameter, mass, axis tilt, etc. and use that information to find out when the Winter and Summer Solstice would occur. It was a fascinating project and I enjoyed being able to learn while also having a fun time.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

It is very important to make sure that you take thorough notes throughout the entire course because at times the formulas and information given to you can be very intricate and overwhelming.
