    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend Rola el-Husseini because she is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and her classes are well-structured. She is from Lebanon, and has a particular interest in the region, and in the politics related to the Arab World.

    Course highlights:

As a person who has never learned anything about the Middle East, I now know a lot of valuable information on the region. We talked about the History, the Society, the Terrorism, the Education, and many other issues related to the region.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the readings and take notes. The professor has never taught undergraduate class prior to this semester so there were over 200 pages of readings for every class, and the lectures were very complex.
