    Pretty easy, overall.

I would recommend this course because it is actually a good way to connect to feeling that you tend to push to the side and your inner self.

When taking this class try to be open-minded and honesty with your self so that the class and your continuation in college will be the best it can be.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Taking a stress management course was very beneficial for me. In the midst of fulfilling credit requirements and all of the chaos that went on with the election and such, it was nice to take a class that taught you how to target your stressors and minimize your stress level as a whole.

    Course highlights:

I learned many different coping mechanisms--positive ones to help rid you of stress, and negative ones to avoid so stress does not get worse. I also learned relaxation tools such as different types of meditation. Additionally, I learned important life skills, such as budgeting and time management, both of which could be stressful if not kept under control.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be open to using the different meditation skills given to you. Also, do the homework assignments, even if they are just writing something positive every day. The small assignments, if repeated as they are assigned, will eventually become habits that you can use outside of class to manage your stress.
