the Highligh of the course was when my class read Hamlet. It allowed me to see that realistically there is not always happy ending to every situation.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would most definitely recommend to take this course because it is amazing. I learned so much from Ms.Williams, things I did not know before in all of my other years in high school.

    Course highlights:

Ms. Williams is a great teacher and taking her class will benefit you so much. She taught me how to write perfect essays, how to do a works cited page, how to read and fully understand books, meaning not just reading to read it. Also, she taught us how to read between the lines of a poem, especially poems that were written a long time ago and were difficult to understand.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would give students the tip to make sure they read the books that are assigned to them because we take alot of reading quizzes. Also, make sure to turn in essays and everything on time, but sometimes she will allow you to turn it in late, but some points will be deducted. She gives leeway because most teachers would not accept it late. Do not be scared to ask questions because she will answer them no matter what kind of question it is, so do not be scared.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course has shown me my true potential in writing and reading capabilities! I love how I can express myself in my essays and show my true colors through opinionated topics that I've chosen.

    Course highlights:

Anglo-Saxon history along with persuasive essay history have been major learning points in this years course. We've studied epic poems, like Beowulf, to understand the lifestyles or earlier human life and how they portrayed morals and chivalry.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You can do anything you put your mind to. Take this course with opens eyes and an open heart and really juice everything you can get out of it. English is the best way to express yourself and everyone has a voice in this course.
