    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Mcfarlain is an excellent teacher and she will really make you enjoy literature even if you have never taken much of an interest

    Course highlights:

In this course, I became well rounded in many literary classics. I learned biblical and mythological allusions. I learned grammar, vocabulary, and rhetorical devices. I learned a love for poetry and for writing.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course, you have to do the work that is required and some extra effort. It is a course you have to study for, a test is typically on Fridays and easy points should be taken advantage of.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because you learn so much. Not only do you learn so much, you also absorb so many skills that are exclusive only to the AP student. The course is a lot of work but it is well earned and worth it.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to break down a poem and interpret it in a timely manner and how to elaborate ideas and be precis and detailed in essays. I learned how to easily recognize allusions in almost anything. I personally can find any allusion to Shakespeare, and i learned all of that in this class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You cannot let yourself get behind in classwork or homework. You have to be diligent in doing your work and be consistent in being willing to learn the material.
