    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Not only does Mr.Higgins cover the curriculum in a way that is easy to understand, yet pushes you to work harder, the way he runs this course will set you up for success in future classes.

    Course highlights:

American History is covered in this course thoroughly.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the notes you go over in class and make lots of notecards and you will do just fine. Be prepared for a lecture and notes based class. Use spare time to do projects because you will be expected do three or more essays and a powerpoint for each chapter.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed this class and learning so much while I was in it. The work load was pretty large, but enjoyable all the same.

    Course highlights:

This class taught me how to study and stay on top of work for a class. It also taught me how to take good notes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of the essays, but don't stress too much about them. Write paper note cards or use Quizlet to help you study for the tests.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend taking this course. Mr Higgins is a great teacher and makes history fun and interesting. This is definitely a writing intensive class, so you will have to do approximately two essays per week, but it is so worth getting the dual credit for college and not having to repeat the information for gen ed's in college.

    Course highlights:

Mr Higgins is the highlight. He is a great teacher, hard but fair. If you study what he tells you to and do the essays and power points, you will get an A. There are no surprises or tricks. Put in the work and you will do well.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the work and listen to Mr Higgins advice. This is not a blow off class but it is a fair class, if you study and turn everything in you will do well.
