    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would not at all recommend this class. Every political aspect is divided between race and only riots are literally incited in class.

    Course highlights:

The class encourages you to speak up and be heard if anything.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Ignore the lectures and study the book. Almost nothing he teaches is on the exam. Do the extra credit to make up for the exams that are almost impossible to ace.

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is very straight forward and very easy information to retain. If you want to pass this course with an A all you have to do is study.

    Course highlights:

My personal highlight of this course was when I received a 95% on a book review we had to turn in. I learned that with the economy there is a lot of opinions and individual theories people believed that would fix the way the government ran.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

All you have to do is memorize and retain the information. It is a very straight forward course.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course give you an understanding of the foundations of government and knowledge on politics from an African American view.

    Course highlights:

I learned diplomacy and how the U.S deals with foreign affairs. In addition to the views of Black politicians.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay in deep contact with the professor. He enjoys to talk politics with the students. It is a big class so that it is important that you make yourself known.
