    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course changed my life. I learned all about the aspects of environmental justice and social reform. I also learned about helping others to get more involved in what goes on into the neighborhoods surrounding them.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was doing a group Earth Day project. I along with my peers got to get out into the neighborhoods near Howard University to seek change, and also help to recycle foods and eliminate wastes, I felt great about seeing what little change produces. I learned that even when you feel as if your resources are limited that there are still things you can achieve.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be open and ready to dig into the concepts of environmental justice, do the readings and really dig into the material, there is a lot to learn and this course will help you to become literate in the areas of environmental injustices.
