    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is a mandatory course for all business majors and although it seemed a bit excessive at times, I believe many skills we learned will be useful throughout our careers. I would recommend all business majors to take at least a semester of this class to be exposed to successful business men and women and to learn basic business skills.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was meeting Michelle Obama. She spoke so intelligently and inspired us all to do what we love.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you attend all class sessions and develop a relationship with your team member. Those relationships can last a long time.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Aside from the fact that this is a mandatory course for all business students, I would recommend this course because it really does help shape your presentation skills.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed listening to successful CEOs and business men/women speak to us as freshman. I learned to effectively give a presentation as well as effective body language.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class and take notes. Not showing up to class is going to hurt your grade a lot. It's the easiest part of the course.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is required for business students. How this class turns out depends on you and your teammates. You will be assigned to a team and as a group you all will have to make complete presentations with only a topic. Team collaboration is key. Get to know your team members and leader(s), or you will hate this year long course.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course is being sponsored by fortune 500 companies. Not all fortune 500 companies are active with their teams, so hopefully you will get a good sponsor. If you are fortunate enough to get a good sponsor, you will go on trips with them and learn a lot about corporate America. In the course, I learned a lot about businesses and just how strict business dress code can be.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be open, be active, and be a team player.
