    Course Overview:

    The teacher goes at just the right pace, and he really strives to help you improve and reach your potential.

    Course highlights:

    The Speed Dating Game is definitely the most memorable activity of this course. You get to learn more about the political standpoints and views of your classmates and hopefully gain a little insight about yourself as well.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Stay caught up on the readings. The daily quizzes are based off content from the previous night's reading.

    This class really challenges you and makes you strive to educate yourself and succeed.

    Course highlights:

    Judicial system, the origins of the U.S government and how we got it, the important people who ran our country, freedom, bill of rights, the Constitution, our independence

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Really focus on what your doing and don't ever give up just because you can't understand the concept. Have confidence in yourself.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This class is very challenging and makes you think more openly about politics. It teaches the important aspects of government.

    Course highlights:

    I learned that anyone can survive an AP class. I learned more about how our government works and what are the roles of the different powers.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    ALWAYS GO IN WITH A POSITIVE AND CONFIDENT ATTITUDE! This class is tough for some! Being confident in your work and ability will make all the difference. Don't be afraid to share your views and beliefs and always participate in the class discussions and debates.
