Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class has given me knowledge that I know I will use for the rest of my life and academic career. AP Language not only teaches you how to analyze college level text, but to also use what you take from the text and apply it in order to develop a thorough argument. Not only this, but AP Language also takes you through units such as Gender, Education, and the Environment to examine what your stances are on particular subjects within those units. This is something that helped me understand who I am and what I believe.

    Course highlights:

Learning new vocabulary was definitely a highlight of this course. In order to deliver a well-developed argument you need to sound convincing, so learning new words like "scintillating" definitely helped.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read your material and use the practice exam essay sheets. Know what your strengths and weaknesses are in AP Lang and ask for help.
