    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I enjoyed the early battles the best understanding the different sides of their story

    Course highlights:

I saw patterns and push/pull in ideas that still exist today. It was interesting comparing history to the elections this past year.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you take the AP exam, definitely use the Princeton Review book - it was very helpful to prepare me.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because, while I did not enjoy it in the slightest, I feel as though I learned a lot, was highly prepared for the AP exam, and I am better prepared to enter college.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about our country's history, but I also learned how to write short and long essays. The main thing I got out of the class was how to write like a college student and how to read the question to find exactly what they're looking for. I felt as though it was a very heavy learning experience.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This class is a very heavy about of work and studying. I would advise you to study every day and really put time into the guided readings. While this class takes up a bunch of your time, it's highly worth it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Freedman is a great teacher and keeps the class engaged with different activities.

    Course highlights:

I was able to practice and prepare for the AP exam.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be quiet during class, engage with the teacher.
