Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class will push you to think beyond yourself. You'll learn how to synthesize, debate, and ask thought provoking questions. Your writing will improve exponentially, and you'll even have fun while doing it.

    Course highlights:

As one can imagine, you'll learn about the history of the U.S. Beyond that, you'll learn how to work with other people. My most memorable experiences in this class were the group projects and debates. You'll learn how to analyze the many biases found in our history, and how to find the truth within them.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to do all of the homework. There's a lot of work, but you get what you put into the class. If you do all of the homework/notebooks assigned, you're likely to receive an A on tests and in the course. If you slack off, your grade will too.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking this course because you learn a lot not only history but you also get college experience.

    Course highlights:

I learn to manage my time between homework and work was hard but at the end you see that everything was worth it. I learned a lot information about the history of the United State. I gained a better understanding how some college classes will be.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I will tell them that this is course it is not easy but I wont be hard just depends on you if you really wanna past that test you need to keep trying and never give up. I know sometimes you will feel like crying because it is too much but after you see the results you will feel so great. You can accomplish everything it only depends on you on how bad you want it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course due to the fact that you gain so much knowledge about the American history in more ways than just sitting in a desk. You're always doing fun activities such as projects and acting out scenarios.

    Course highlights:

I think the highlight of this course was when we did the Ellis Island scenario. We were all given a card that had the actual name and information of an immigrant who came through Ellis Island and we went through everything they would've gone through. I learned about all the struggles that people around the world had to face to come to america.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't procrastinate! Make sure that you're on top of your work and communicating with your peers and teacher. Also, get all your work turned in! Don't wait until later to finish it, it'll just add up in the end.
