This class was tough.
Course Overview:
I would recommend this course because the information given helps break down concepts that are not easily understood. It is a great opportunity to learn outside of school and get extra help in the areas many students may struggle in. This math course has helped me expand my mathematical insight and gain a more in depth into what the world of math has to offer.
Course highlights:
The highlights of this course is the intense emphasis on particular concepts such as using the unit circle to prove trigonometric proofs, polar form, the Law of Sines/Cosines, and other concepts we are currently learning. I have learned how to create better study habits, how to ask for help, and how to balance the time I do have to become a more productive student in Pre-Calculus.
Hours per week:
3-5 hours
Advice for students:
The advice I would give is to set aside at least 30 minutes a day to commit to studying math because it is not a subject that can be learned overnight.
