This class was tough.
It was a very informative course that involved various Strategic Human Resources Management (HRM) topics like Employee Benefits and Compensation, HRM and Business Strategies plus Job Description and Analysis.
I learned that "change" inevitably occurs within every organization. It's very important to ensure that "change" is managed and executed effectively in order to sustain the organization's continued growth and success in addition to retaining employees.

Ensure that you allocate at least 10 hours a week in order to stay on pace with this course. In addition, there were 5 reports within the course that involved lots of focus, preparation and research.
