    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is an excellent teacher that has helped prepare me for my college courses. Not only will this course prepare you for the AP test, but Mr. Loell allows students to think outside of the box, and rewards you for it.

    Course highlights:

I leaned a lot of rhetorical analysis, especially tactics that helped prepare me for the AP test at the end of the year. We also did structured writing and the formatting for bibliographies will definitely be useful in college.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely do your homework. Especially do it on time. Homework not only tells the teacher how you're doing, but really gives a lot of practice to improve in any way you can.

    Course highlights:

This course really focuses on writing skills.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to rip apart a friend's paper when peer editing. In terms of editing, the more marks on the paper the better the paper will be in the end.
