    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Moshier is simply one of the best professors SUNY Albany has to offer. Her teaching style is great and her course is not as hard as long as you really apply yourself. There is no way you won't learn anything about accounting if you go to her lectures.

    Course highlights:

I learned the basic concepts of accounting which made me realize how I actually really liked the way accounting works, which led me on to pursuing a major in accounting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Honestly, take this course if you are looking to pursue a degree in accounting, or if you want as Easy A in a business course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches the basics of financial accounting and how accounting works. There is good information that can be applied to the world outside of accounting. Also professor Moshier is a very helpful professor who cares about students understanding accounting.

    Course highlights:

Learning how stocks are recorded and interest is calculated were the highlights for me. I learned the basics of the accounting system and the process of recording transactions and making adjustments to the transactions made.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book and don't be afraid to ask questions. If you do not understand something professor Moshier is always wiling to go the extra step to help.
