    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it relies a lot on using your notes and making sure that you put in work, and the results on exams will directly reflect your work ethic.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was doing the homework, as it correlated with material on exams and helped me study immensely.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you use the textbook and take chapter notes for each chapter, as tests are consisted of 12+ chapters and it is good to know a good amount from each.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was definitely packed with loads of information about plant and animal biology however the amount of information taught was hard to grasp given the short amount of time we had in the semester. For me personally it made learning in the class a bit more laborious.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the systems in the body and what they do and how they do it which made me more interested in the human body.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Give yourself a whole week or two before an exam to study and really understand the material. Take advantage of online review and videos that further explain a topic and if you're still really confused go to office hours with specific questions and you will be sure to get some help.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the professor is super nice and helpful when you go into her office hours. The lectures are also interesting as she makes sure that everyone is engaged even though the class is huge.

    Course highlights:

I learned that if you are stuck on something it is okay to go to the teacher and tell her you are falling behind. Asking for help does not make you dumb.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

They have to do all the homework's and really pay attention in class. Taking good notes is a must as well because she goes fast and the slides that are posted have a ton of information and she does not always talk about everything on the slides.
