This class was tough.
I would recommend this course to any business student because first of all it is required, and Dr. Zhang is one of the nicest and most helpful professors I have taken at Trinity. She teaches this class very well and gives you opportunities to succeed. Attempt all of her homeworks because they are taken as completion grades, all of her quizzes are very easy and can be a 100% for that portion of the grade, and attend class because she takes attendance and it counts towards your grade. When studying for her tests, make sure you review her notes packets, her homeworks, and do as many of the practice problems she gives you as you can.
This class was a great introduction to finance and you learn all about bonds, stocks, debt, and how firms use these to finance themselves. The course grade is very heavily dependent on your 3 tests so make sure to study hard for them.

Advice for students:
Study hard for her tests by looking at her note packets, homeworks, and practice problems. Make sure you get all the easy points for your grade too by attending class, attempting homeworks, and taking her quizzes. The book isn't really necessary for this class because you can check one out at the library or find a lot of the quiz definitions online.
