    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I am interested in pursuing a career in the medical field so I decided to take this class my junior year to learn more about what I would need to know about the human body. This year I am involved in an academic internship program where I have been shadowing medical professionals to learn more about their career and the information I learned in this course has been extremely helpful to following along with what is going on in the hospital.

    Course highlights:

As someone interested in pursuing a career in medicine, I loved learning about the human body and how it works. My favorite part of this course was probably learning the bones of the body because now I can point out exactly what part of my body I am talking about using medical terminology.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

The most important thing to succeed in this course I would have to say is studying. You will do very well in this class using memorization techniques as most of the information on the tests will be based on what you can remember i.e. naming the bones in the leg or naming which muscles are in the arm.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this class as it teaches you all about what is going on inside your body. Along with learning about the structures and functions of the organs, you also learn how to keep them healthy which is an important life concept.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this specific course was learning all about the body and the functions. I was taught in a way that kept my interest and engaged the entire class. Learning all the components of the body seemed hard, but the teacher developed ways to easily memorize the material.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would encourage them to take this course as it has given me knowledge of my own body that I would have never known otherwise. It is a wonderful class to take if you are interested in the science or medical field. It is a fun and exciting course consisting of many videos and hands-on experiences.
