    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course! This class helps students go beyond the classroom expectations. In this department, you get to learn the history of music, art, social studies, and simply human experience! You get to go to local places around your community to visualize architecture, paintings done by artists, and how we can still relate to what is being studied in class. You challenge yourself to know more about why this class is not like any other class. It is simply beautiful!

    Course highlights:

There were a variety of highlights through this course. Below are the main chapters we studied: Elements of Dance, Theatre elements, High Renaissance, The Baroque Period, Satirical Drama, The Classical Era, Romanticism, The French Salon, Realism, Impressionism, & Modernism. Each of these chapters included music, art, and drama that was most common at the time.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, study. It's not so you can pass the quizzes, tests, or finals. The information you learn in this class is out there in the real world. For example, if you go to Florence, Italy and visit the Accademia Gallery, you will see the statue of David and the beautiful work of Michaelangelo!
