    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a great class for college preparation because you will do a large amount of reading and writing. But it's also very fun so it's not too scary! Wunder is a great teacher and she tries to make even the boring parts more fun.

    Course highlights:

We read "Heart of Darkness" by Joseph Conrad and will have a poetry unit. We learn how to analyze literature and look for meaning in each text we read. I learned how to be a better writer and illuminate the message of a text with supporting details.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it! It might be challenging or daunting at first but it's very important for college so it's worth it. Also, don't procrastinate papers or the required book readings!
