    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because the teacher treats you like a college student even though you are in a high school setting, and that prepares you for the next step of your education.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course were definitely the labs. The labs were hands on which not only was a great visual, but also helped the hands-on learns out.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take good notes during lectures, and labs. Be sure to have good attendance since some things can not be recreated, and ask questions when you need clarification.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I learned a lot in this class, and got a 4 on my AP Exam! Everything was fun and engaging, and I rarely felt confused or frustrated.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about genetics, which was my favorite part of this course. How traits are inherited is a very intriguing topic, and I felt as though I was always excited to learn more and have it as applicable knowledge.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely pay attention in class, and stay up-to-date on the information you learn. Waiting to cram study the night before the test doesn't really pay off because of the mass amounts of information you learn in the lectures.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Weesies is an incredible teacher who provides incredible visuals and stories to help students remember terms and processes.

    Course highlights:

Photosynthesis, cellular respiration, phospholipid bilayer, and plant reproduction are all major highlights of this course.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Ask questions and don't be afraid if it takes you a little longer than others to catch on to material. Always take notes and strive to understand instead of memeorize.
