Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Katz not only cares about the students in his courses succeeding, but also willingly discusses topics people shy away from in order to make his students think and analyze. While in his course, Dr. Katz also welcomes emails and phone calls, both related and unrelated, to the course as a reach out option for those struggling with more than just academics.

    Course highlights:

This course highlighted the psychological development of people over a life span while focusing on behavioral and emotional development and how these developments effected a professional environment. More than that, this course affected me on a personal level. I learned, through this course, that the development mile stones addressed were mile stones that did not occur in my child and led me to seek help for her, resulting in her development delays being detected early.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course, it's imperative to be at the class discussions and become involved in the topics. Ask as many questions as possible and really take in the information. I would also highly encourage students to try to apply the information given professionally and personally to better establish areas of improvement within themselves.
