    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course provides a big real-time experience regarding examples of what and how management coordinates team building and resolving conflicts.

    Course highlights:

    In this course, we not only shared and provided examples and best practices, but we worked with each other to practice executing these skills. For instance, within the group project, we were able to implement different team interactions and conflicts among one another as we worked with each other to recognize and resolve them. They were real life issues that happen daily in the professional and management field.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Absolutely take this course, even if you are not going into the management field. The tools and learning provided in this course will reflect in not only your professional life in any field of work, but also in your personal everyday life. You will be glad to have taken this class.
