Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This class is awesome it is challenging but it will make you put on your thinking cap. it is exciting to learn new things. it brings out skills and talent that you thought you didn't have. getting a degree in HR is wonderful but you must know the laws and answers that comes along with it. there is legal side to it and the cost of the administrative part of human resource as a human resource manager you must avoid misleading information.
The highlights of this course was KSAO which stand for Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Others. I learned the important of becoming a Human Resource Manager and how to interview without breaking the law. what questions to asked and what not to asked. how not to break the selection laws. what questions that might be asked during a reference check. and what I didn't know that even when you obtained a reference check on a person their is a process.
