    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course as the assignments helped me easily identify diversity in the workforce to include the benefits of having a diverse workforce, the legal aspect that can affect employers if they are not intellectual in diversity and other laws that can legally impact an organization.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were each assignment offered a variety of learning resources for the assignment requirement and additional resources were easily accessible through the AIU library or via the web. The instructor offered feedback and was readily available when assistance was needed. This course increased my growth in many areas of diversity within an organization such as accommodation for religious diversity that I was not aware of.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I succeeded by using the learning materials provided along with the MUSE materials. Additionally, I researched information via google. I worked ahead to ensure I had ample time to commit to my project essays so I could be thorough and meet the assignment objectives.
