Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

April Felt was the best teacher I have ever had. She builds an amazing relationship with all of her students. She also makes sure that you understand the concepts. She knows when students are not understanding and will talk it out one on one with them.

    Course highlights:

The highlights from my AP calc experience were the "Ohh I get it" moments. This class can be challenging at some points but it is a great feeling when you finally understand a difficult concept. Another highlight preparing for the AP exam. It can be exhausting at points but knowing you are going to rock the exam is a great feeling.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice is do not be afraid to take a course you think is going to challenge you, and the amount of work you put in is what you get out. Also, if you end up having Mr. Hering as your teacher try to switch into to Mrs. Felt class!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Okay, AP Calculus sounds pretty terrifying right? Well, scary or not, it is soooo worth it. I thoroughly enjoyed this class, and both Mr. Hering and April are great teachers, so whoever you get you will have a good experience.

    Course highlights:

You take all those pre-calc lessons and apply them to much higher level math. Derivative functions, integrals, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do as much of your webwork and worksheets in class as you can so you can ask for help.
