    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I definitely recommend this course. The material is a lot to learn but if you pay attention in class you've got it. Mrs. Flick is a highly educated teacher and is easy to learn from. The class is upbeat and not boring like your regular history classes.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about politics I had no clue about before. And the secrets behind how government really works.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes in this class to succeed for sure. Also read the sections ahead of time.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I have loved this class. It has challenged me and what I thought I was capable of. It has opened up my eyes and made me aware of the world around me. I think it is very important to have some understanding of our government, especially now, with everything going haywire.

    Course highlights:

I learned to much to sum up. Not only am I know more knowledgeable about our government and how it works, but I also know more about the real world applications of politics. Don't get me wrong, I still hate politics, but now I know how they work and how to make them work for me.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapter, take good notes, and be aware of upcoming test and quizzes, if you do all of that, you should be gold.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I have learned a lot from the class! The learning style from the class has helped me understand government more than I ever thought I was capable of. I feel very prepared for the AP class and I am thankful that I took the class!

    Course highlights:

The highlight for me was the atmosphere of the class. My class was friendly and funny, yet everyone cares about their work and wants to do well. It's really nice to have a class that people don't want to mess around in every day and are serious about the future. The most important thing I've learned is how to study for tests; this is probably the most important thing to take from this class. Even if you think you're doing a good job studying there is a good chance you'll be proved wrong with this course!

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, study! Read ALL of the chapter, earn all the extra credit you can, and pay attention! The class is very fun but can be very challenging at times.
