    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course taught me how people grow and change throughout their life, not only physically, but virtuously and mentally. Human Development is a course I would recommend to anyone with any major. It is beneficial to all aspects of life.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Dorough is a major highlight for this course because she taught me more than any other professor with her insightful, funny, and intelligent teaching style. Studying Erikson and his theories on virtue was also a huge highlight. I learned not only these virtuous developments, but also parenting styles, teaching styles, and how to understand people at all different ages. I also learned at what ages certain habits are normal and when they can be encouraged to move on from those stages.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take the practice quizzes on blackboard and read the Erikson book carefully. The discussions about it are great and the book is very informative.
