Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was very practical by teaching me how to manage my money and it gave me useful advice on saving money for college. In this course, we had to run a simulation that taught us how to apply for a job, keep up with bank accounts, file taxes, and so much more!

    Course highlights:

As I said above, one major highlight was getting to run the simulation and experience what true life is like after college. Throughout the course I learned how to file taxes, deposit money into different savings accounts, and how to rent she but a home.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For this course, patience is a virtue! You have to learn to be patient in dealing with finances, but also have a sense of urgency when you're in need of money. Having an open-mind is also very valuable because there are different ways to manage your finances, but sometimes you have to trust in what your teacher says and follow through in what they tell you to do.
