Pretty easy, overall.
I would recommend this because it keeps you in shape. This is great for athletes and non-athletes because if your sport isn't in season then this would keep you in shape, and for non-athletes, it's good to stay in shape.
Highlights were playing basketball and running outside on the track. This was really fun to me. I learned about exercise and why exercising is so important to the human body.

You need to be able to able to get fit and exercise. Most of the time you're doing these things, so you need to be able to do them for long periods of time.
