    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This is a great course to take but it does require you to study. The best advice is to complete your readings ahead of time and study often.

    Course highlights:

    In this course, you will learn how to construct a healthful menu. You will also learn the chemistry of basic nutrients, how they are ingested, digested and absorbed. You will learn about how the body is affected by under nutrition, over nutrition and obesity.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    You must prioritize, study and get in study groups.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    i would recommend this course because the professor is really good at what she does and it's really an interested course.

    Course highlights:

    The course was very educational. It helps you better understand the different aspects of various disease states and how to treat it via nutritional needs of the body.

    Study hard and keep on top of it. Nothing is difficult to achieve with persistence.
