    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Along with it being important to have a strong understanding of the past, this course was made very interactive instead of the typical lecture. Mr. Fields would always have an upbeat attitude toward everything we had to learn, keeping the class and I constantly Intune.

    Course highlights:

I gained a strong understanding of what life was once like in the great country we live in today. While America is an amazing country to live in, this course showed me that not all time here were good times. Mainly due to the acceptance of others, once we learn to support one another we all begin to become a total unit.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to speak out in class. It's always okay to want to learn more about the topic or to be confused about it. You have the right to explore and know about the place you call home. It is also important to maintain a healthy amount of study time, since you will need to reflect on past topics during finals.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a class that not only teaches about it subject matter but also how to be an efficient student and an exemplary citizen. The instructor is quite literally one for the history books.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to study well even when I wanted to burn my textbook. I learned how strong my brain is. I learned that even when we feel like there is too much information, this class shows you that it is possible to absorb and be able to apply crazy amounts of random, yet interlinked, pieces of information.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Do this class with 100% effort or not at all. Faking it or partially doing it will only make it an unpleasant and difficult experience.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Fields cared so much about the students and did everything he could to make sure we enjoyed what we were learning. he made it a priority to be non biased and hear everybody's' ways of thinking. He makes every student feel like they are a part of something.

    Course highlights:

I learned deeper history of the United States. Things I thought i knew were explained much more thoroughly and i got a greater appreciation of our history because of him.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up on your reading! You don't want to fall behind on that because you never know when a pop reading quiz will come up.
