Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is so much more than a class, and every student is treated like an adult, not a student.

    Course highlights:

The ability to talk to everyone in the Kirkwood community and be trusted to work as professionals rather than put on a metaphorical leash like students.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your work on time. Don't miss deadlines. You get out of it what you put into it, so if you do the bare minimum, you will have a bare-minimum experience.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

AP Lang is a wonderful way to hone your writing skills through the in-depth study of non-fiction literature and crucial essay writing techniques.

    Course highlights:

The highlight for me was the teacher. Ms. Depasquale is always present, passionate, and willing to help students in need. She make even the most challenging of coursework seem fun and inviting and works to nurture a community of students instead of simply presenting a lecture to a classroom.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep on top of your work. With long-term deadlines and self-guided projects it is very easy to fall dangerously behind and it will effect your grade.
