    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I have no strong feelings for this course because it was like a roller coaster. Through the beginning of the course it seemed all good, even though my tests weren't all that good. In the middle of this course, I started to get worried because my test grades were low, and nothing but tests were put into the grade book. I thought to myself how would i bring my grade up? The end of the semester, participation and dropping the lowest test score got me the grade i wanted for that course. So overall, I just didn't like how i had to wait to the end to see how my grade was going to be.

    Course highlights:

The highlights if this course was plants, and the reproductive system. I learned many thing like the women's body, the men's body, animals and how they correlate to each other, and also how the body works.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice i would give to students considering this course would be to attend class, and always take notes. A lot of the material she teaches on the power point is not beneficial to the test, but you never know what you might need. Also go to class. Lectures can be very boring, but participation can help your grade tremendously.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is HIGHLY recommended from me, the professor is amazing ! The information is properly delievered and each student has the opportunity to achieve success no matter your learning abilities. The professor ensures clear understanding and he grades strict but fair. Dr. Boykins is lively and full of energy on a daily bases, each student is given the opportunity to actually enjoy biology for majors and non-majors.

    Course highlights:

From this course I learned to open up to my professor about my understanding. I am not a very open person and when i came into this class, I broke out of my shell and actually experienced the lecture rather than just listening to a bunch of jibberish that i would'nt remember later. He teaches you how to take notes, how to study , and how to successfully cheat the system and out think your professor to be successful. Please take this course you will not regret it , if anything you will gain a better understanding about life and how to achieve ultimate satisfaction!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To pass this course you need to study at least twice a week, but if you dont have a stable study habit he will provide you with a bullet-proof way to study! He will literally tell you what is on the exam and will provide you with a review.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to anyone. Whether you have a hard time with science or if your a genius Dr. Baker really takes her job serious and is always there to help in every way she can.

    Course highlights:

This course helped me come to the realization that I needed to pursue a career in the medical field. Even if you know you want nothing to do with science Dr. Baker teaches the course in a way it is easy to understand. I came out of that class knowing much about all living organisms whether plant or animal.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this class you must first of all go to class everyday and take good notes. The tests are 80% about the power points and the lessons teaches in class so it is ideal to have organized and informative notes.
